juice fast plan: fruity beginnings

Shopping for Juice Fasting

I just looked back over my recent posts and realized that my posts have been a bit juice-heavy… perhaps I should create that separate, dedicated juice blog after all?!  I apologize to all of you who think fasting is absolutely bonkers, or are hanging out for new food recipes…

I’m not going to recreate a daily journal this time around (you can find the last one through the Wellness menu – select ‘Fasting’), but thought it might be helpful to create a few ‘juice fast plans’, i.e., shopping lists, for those of you who want to join one of my juicing adventures or simply want to do it by yourself sometime.  These will be based on three days of juice, with three liters per day, per person so increase per person as appropriate, and let me know if you routinely drink more than three liters in a day and I’ll try and work that out for you too : )

Click on the underlined names of the juices for the 1 liter recipes.
